As we seek to make your visit to Jamaica a comfortable and memorable experience, the committee has identified accessible and comfortable accommodations for the time you will call Jamaica….home.
Below are some of our recommendations for the period March 9 – 13, 2020:

1) Pegasus - Single Occupancy $242 per night and Double Occupancy - $267.53 per night (Breakfast included no other meals) their current exchange rate is $134.00. All rates are subject to a possible change. https://www.jamaicapegasus.com/

2) Mona Visitor's Lodge - Single Occupancy $120 per night and Double Occupancy per night - $155.00 (Breakfast included no other meals) their current exchange rate is $137.82. All rates are subject to a possible change. https://www.booking.com/hotel/jm/mona-lodge.html

3) 138 student living located on the University Campus comprising two sets of accommodation:
THE GERALD LALOR FLATS

It is essentially a room in a 4-bedroom flat). Each room contains en suite bathroom, with a single bed (or double bed on request, based on availability), desk and chair, miniature refrigerator, chest of drawers, fan and a closet.
The shared common area contains a living room with lounge chairs, dining table and cable television. Also, a full-service kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, oven and four burners cook top with cooking and dining utensils.
• Gerald Lalor Flats - Daily Rates:
Single Occupancy (without a/c but with Housekeeping and linen) - US$70.00 per night.
Single Occupancy (with a/c and with Housekeeping and linen) - US$85.00 per night.

GEORGE ALLEYNE HALL

This is a room in a 12-bedroom flat. Each room contains a single bed (two single beds for double rooms), ensuite bathroom, desk and chair (two for double rooms), miniature refrigerator, chest of drawers (two for double rooms) and a closet (two for double rooms).
The shared common area contains a living room with lounge chairs, dining table and cable television. Also, a full-service kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, oven and eight burners cook top with cooking and dining utensils.
• George Alleyne Hall (no a/c) - Daily Rates:
Single Occupancy (without Housekeeping and linen) - US$55.00 per night.
Single Occupancy (with Housekeeping and linen) - US$70.00 per night.
**Wi-Fi is available throughout both properties.
PAYMENTS

Rooms are only guaranteed on the confirmed payment of 50% deposit of the total fee charge and this must be made prior to your arrival date, with the intention of paying the balance upon your arrival at the office. The administrative office is opened: Monday to Friday between the hours of 09:00am and 05:00pm. Should your arrival fall outside of the scope of the office (i.e. Monday to Friday; 9:00am to 5:00pm) all payments must be cleared prior to arrival date.
It is important to know, that 138SL does not accept cash payments, in its office or payments using American Express cards. Payments by cash, can be made at the bank and the receipt brought to the relevant office or returned to your representative.
The office however; does allow payments using:
1. Debit cards
2. Credit cards (however, credit card payment attracts a 1.5% admin charge on all transactions)

RESERVATIONS
For any bookings to be made, the attached application must be fully completed with all the required information by all member requiring accommodation and returned prior to the intended arrival date.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES OFFERED:

MEAL PLAN
Meals are optional and are not included in the accommodation package. However, if you would like a meal plan, we will organize it on your behalf at the following prices:
 Breakfast - US$8.00 per meal
 Lunch - US$12.00 per meal
 Dinner - US$12.00 per meal

TRANSPORTATION
Airport Services- Pick up from Norman Manley International Airport to 138 Student Living- four (4) person or less US$30.00, each additional person is an additional US$10.00 per person (up to seven persons per vehicle) Round Island transport and tours- rates are subjected to the destination and must be confirmed prior to the date of the service.
